Behavioural Issues: You
must advise us of any behavioural problems, quirks or dislikes your dog has during
the initial consultation.
Number of Dogs: Dogs
are walked either one on one, in a pair or when beneficial/requested, in a
group (up to four).
On/Off Lead: All
dogs will be exercised on a lead, unless prior agreement has been made and a
disclaimer form has been signed and/or approval has been submitted by you the
client, in writing.
Weather Conditions: Cookie’s
Pet Patrol reserves the right to cut short a walk if necessary, because of
extreme weather conditions (ie heat, thunder storms, heavy rain) for the safety
of both the dog(s) and the walker.

Veterinary Bills: The
client is entirely responsible for any veterinary bills, no matter how they
are incurred. However and wherever
possible, pets should be insured by the client.
Pet Patrol will care for your dog(s) as you would and whilst we will make every
effort to ensure your dogs are well looked after in your absence, Cookie’s Pet
Patrol cannot be held liable for any loss, injury or death to a dog either
inside or outside of the home whilst in our care.
Time Slots: Please
allow up to 1 hour either side of allotted time slot. Whilst we do our best to
keep to times agreed, unexpected delays can change these.
Pet Patrol is insured by Cliverton for Public and Employers liability.
Payments: To be made payable to Cookie’s Pet Patrol Ltd.
charges: Full cancellation
charges are incurred if less than 24 hours notice given.
